SUBJECT: IQS Quick Tip #25 – Rear Cargo Cover Storage

Did you know there is a storage compartment in the cargo area on the Telluride, Sorento, and Sportage for the KIA Cargo Cover (if equipped) and it can be stored when not in use? Below is a sample comment from an IQS survey customer indicating that not all customers are aware of the storage feature:
“I found it is inconvenient to use the rear cargo cover. Most of the time it gets in the way for storage. I have removed it permanently and am not using it at all.”
The KIA Cargo Cover accessory (S9F12 AC900 - Telluride, P2H15 AK000 - Sorento, D9H15 AK000 - Sportage) not only complements the cargo area to keep valuables out of sight, but also stores within the rear storage compartment when utilizing 3rd row seats.
Please demonstrate and explain the storage of the KIA Cargo Cover accessory to customers and team members to enhance their overall experience with the vehicle.
Note: At least one interior panel (Driver or Passenger) must be removed to utilize this feature.
