To prepare for the continued expansion of our EV and Hybrid lineup, we need YOU to brush up on your EV knowledge. This will ensure you are ready to work with these tech-savvy customers and provide them with a truly exceptional customer sales experience. See below for the courses you need and two easy steps to access them.

There are only two courses currently required to complete to ensure you are up-to-date and compliant on EV:

• SLS-04-218-1: Web: Niro EV Product Test
• SLS-01-109-1: Web: Charge Up Your Knowledge of Kia EVs Course & Test

Keep in mind that the deadline to complete your EV training is January 20th.

Step 1 — Click on the Kia University icon

Step 2 – Click Check Progress to see your list of required courses (including EV courses) and completion status
