We are pleased to announce the launch of Kia’s Customer Sales Experience (CSE) Prime Time campaign, which begins this February and runs through May 2020. While CSE is an important initiative to maintain year-round, the purpose of CSE Prime Time is to bring heightened focus and awareness on the need to elevate the customer’s sales experience at all dealerships.

Kia will hone in on the customer sales experience by supporting you with the following:

• Sales Elite and Sales Manager bonus programs
• Targeted CSE diagnostics reporting
• Proven best practices and training
• New tools and technologies available through Kia’s preferred vendor programs
• Consultative guidance from your Field Manager

As we kick off this campaign, we encourage all sales personnel to register for the 2020 Sales Elite Program to take full advantage of the incentives and benefits that are available.

We ask everyone to opt-in to Kia University’s Push-2-Mobile texting service via their KDealer profile page. Those who opt in will receive valuable sales and product insights that will help successfully convert shoppers into customers from the additional new traffic we are expecting with Telluride and Seltos.
