Delivering a great customer experience improves sales and profitability both today and tomorrow. And continuing for April and May, Sales Managers can earn bonus rewards for delivering that great experience, either in the Top Performer or Most Improved competitions, in the CSE “Primetime” Sales Manager Bonus Program.

There’s still time to earn a bonus for delivering an exceptional sales experience to all customers in April and May! Check your daily progress by clicking on the “April 2021 SEI SM Bonus” box on KPC.

Last month, 267 or roughly 25% of active Sales Managers earned bonuses. Another 13 Sales Managers could have earned with just one or two more surveys returned.

So let customers know you would appreciate their feedback on Kia’s customer sales experience survey, which they will receive soon. Here are some ways to improve your survey response rate:

  • Mention the survey at vehicle delivery and when contacting the customer after delivery
  • Make sure the customer’s email address is accurate and RDR’d in a timely fashion

The 2021 CSE F&I Manager “Primetime” Sweepstakes continues, so there’s still time for you to earn $500 for sales experience surveys with perfect SEI FM scores through the end of May.

Each week, 40 sales surveys with a perfect SEI FM score of 1000 are drawn. Here’s how you can score a perfect 1000 on your SEI FM score:

  • Respecting the customer’s time
  • Submitting the correct paperwork
  • Presenting product information to customers without pressure
  • Only including products that the customer has selected

The more perfect surveys you get, the more chances you have to win. And you can win multiple times per week.
