The Kia eDelivery Tool has hit the ground running! Sales Consultants nationwide have adopted this new, easy-to-use tool to help enhance and simplify the delivery process. Since the tool’s launch in March 2022, as of August 2022 over 280,000 Kia vehicles have been sold—and more than 193,000 of them were delivered utilizing the Kia eDelivery Tool!

The Kia eDelivery Tool is available to deliver all 2022 Kia Model Year vehicles and later! Look for the eDelivery icon on KDealer.com under “View All” and make it one of your Favorites for quick access.

With demanding schedules and busy day-to-day life, your customers’ time is at a premium. They’re excited to drive off the lot in their new Kia vehicle, but don’t want to spend hours in delivery. The Kia eDelivery Tool can help Sales Consultants take advantage of any downtime in the process, such as waiting for F&I, to jump-start delivery. Customers can use the tool to get familiar with their new vehicle and its key features while they wait, ensuring not a single moment of their time is wasted.

Some customers may be too excited to fully dive into all the features and functions of their vehicle. In dealership, alongside their Sales Consultant, the Kia eDelivery Tool is the perfect way to provide an overview of the features available on their model and trim, allowing the customer to select which features they want to learn more about. Based on your understanding of your customer’s needs, you can also suggest specific videos for features that may be Difficult to Understand (DTU) or Hard to Operate (HTO) to help prevent potential customer frustration. The customer is always welcome to return to the dealership at their own convenience to review any features and functions they would like more information on. Soon, customers will be able to view those features and functions videos themselves from a link in the KIA eDelivery summary email that they will receive at completion of eDelivery.

Another key benefit of the Kia eDelivery Tool is its simplification of the Kia Connect enrollment process. If the customer’s vehicle offers Kia Connect, the tool allows them to easily register without the hassle of entering in-vehicle verification codes into the head unit. The Kia eDelivery Tool for Kia Connect registration can help improve enrollment rates and overall customer satisfaction.
