In order to begin to use UVO link*, owners must complete the registration process. It is essential that you help your customer with this process during vehicle delivery. To register a UVO account and activate UVO link* with the customer’s vehicle, follow the below steps:

1. Download the Kia Access with UVO link app* from the Google Play™ Store* or Apple App Store®* by searching for “Kia Access”.


2. Select the “Create Account” option.


3. Enter the requested information:
   • First name
   • Last name
   • Email address or phone number (Note: this will be the login ID)
   • Account password


4. Agree to the general terms of service and privacy policy.


5. Click CREATE ACCOUNT.


6. Enter vehicle identification number (type in the VIN) and press ADD THIS VEHICLE.


7. Press GET VERIFICATION CODE. Verification code is delivered via the email address or phone number provided during account creation.


8. Enter the activation screen from the vehicle head unit:
   
   
   1. Press SETUP hardkey
   2. Press UVO icon
   3. Press UVO Activation
   4. Agree to the UVO Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and press Submit
   5. Press “I already have a code”
   6. Enter the verification code in the head unit and press Submit
